CIRCUIT TRAINING: Tuesday from 6.45 p.m. to 7.45 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and Fruday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
SPINNING: Monday and Wednesday from 6.45 p.m. to 7.45 p.m. and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
CROSS CARDIO: Monday from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 7.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
PILATES: Monday and Tuesday from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m., Wednesday from 7.45 p.m. to 8.45 p.m. and Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
YOGA: Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6.15 p.m.
SUMMER CLASSES (starting from 2nd July)
PILATES: Learning the correct posture, movements fluidity and harmony. Monday from 7 a.m to 8 a.m
CIRCUIT TRAINING: Resistance training, using high intensity exercises, both aerobic and anaerobic. Tuesday from 7 p.m to 8 p.m
FITCROSS: High intensity and power training, with the a functional goal, without forget flexibility and health.Wednesday from 7 p.m to 8 p.m
GAG: Training for legs, core and glutes, perfect to burn fat and improve cardio resistance. Thursday from 7 a.m to 8 a.m
