The 2021 season of regattas starts at Fraglia Vela Malcesine
Laser Zonale, Sunday 11th of April, kicks off the competitions
First date of the season marked by bad weather but with enough wind to make the three laser classes carry out all the scheduled races. North wind from 15 to 20 knots blowed on the 50 and over lasers in Malcesine.
The respect for the anti-Covid regulations is the major priority with the contribution of all participants and FVM staff, to them goes our special thanks!

In 4.7 class:
1th place: Jan Meletti (Fraglia Vela Malcesine)
2nd place: Lorenzo Bartoli (Centro Nautico Bardolino)
3rd place: Davide Chemasi (Fraglia Vela Malcesine)
1st female place: Greta Moreschi (Fraglia Vela Riva)
In Radial class:
1th place: Mattia Cesana (Fraglia Vela Riva)
2nd place: Lorenzo Predari (Fraglia Vela Malcesine)
3rd place: Francesco Novelli (Fraglia Vela Malcesine)
1st female place: Carlotta Rizzardi (Circolo Vela Torbole)
In Standard class:
1st place: Filippo Guerra (Fraglia Vela Malcesine)
2nd place: Tommaso Cometti (Circolo Nautico Brenzone)
3rd place: Amos Di Benedetto (Circolo Nautico Brenzone)
At the same time the 29er crews met in a well attended Zonale training with 12 skiffs from Circolo Vela Arco, Società Canottieri Garda Salo, Fraglia Vela Desenzano, Fraglia Vela Peschiera, Circolo Vela Gargnano and Fraglia Vela Malcesine
The next event at Fraglia Vela Malcesine is with the flying boats for the Grand Prix 1 69F sailing from 27th April 2021.
